What happens to
what you send.

What is collected

The contact form asks for your name, email address, an optional country or club, the type of enquiry, and your message. Nothing else is collected, and there are no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this site.

Why

Solely to read and answer your enquiry. Your details are not used for marketing, are not added to any mailing list, and are never sold or shared with anyone for their own purposes.

Where it goes

Submitting the form sends an email to two inboxes belonging to Jovana Preković: one hosted with this website’s provider, and one at a Google Gmail account. Google therefore processes a copy of your message on its servers under its own privacy terms.

The website server keeps no database and stores no copy of your message. It briefly records a one-way hash of your IP address, for up to one hour, purely to limit how many messages one sender can submit. The hash cannot be turned back into your address.

How long it is kept

Your message stays in those two mailboxes as ordinary correspondence, for as long as it is useful to the conversation. You can ask for it to be deleted at any time.

Your rights

You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or erased, or object to it being held at all. Write to the address below and it will be dealt with.
